"Very unprofessional office! Went in to speak to someone about my policies and sat at agent Alex Steinmetz desk to see an open can of beer. She is extremely unprofessional and is apparently handling clients personal information while intoxicated and Mr. Cantu is aware and allows his agents to drink on the job apparently. Canceled all my policies I had at that office and will never be coming back. Worst and most unprofessional insurance office I’ve ever encountered. Very sad."

Almost cost me $16k in earnest money because they were working on a mortgage policy and kept promising a callback and ghosted us after being with StateFarm for over 20+ years. If you ever have any claim they will drop you with just a letter in the mail. Shame on everyone in this office for their poor communication and business practices. They blame corporate instead. Please use caution before getting insurance here. We have perfect credit, perfect payments, and had an unfortunate accident that caused them to drop us entirely when we have multiple home, umbrella, auto, mortgage, and life insurance."

"I would rather give Ismael and his team zero stars. Ismael "provided" liability insurance for my business. However if we ever had questions, concerns or needed clarification, he and his team were non-responsive. We have been trying to get answers and clarification for 3 months, we have constantly been told, "he will get back to you", "he is working on hail claims", "he will look into it", "I am not licensed so I can't answer that question", so on and so on. Due to a lack of transparency, not providing essential documents, extreme lack of communication, and unethical behavior, we have canceled our coverage with State Farm."
