We have perfect credit, perfect payments, and had an unfortunate accident that caused them to drop us entirely when we have multiple home, umbrella, auto, mortgage, and life insurance."

However if we ever had questions, concerns or needed clarification, he and his team were non-responsive. We have been trying to get answers and clarification for 3 months, we have constantly been told, "he will get back to you", "he is working on hail claims", "he will look into it", "I am not licensed so I can't answer that question", so on and so on. Due to a lack of transparency, not providing essential documents, extreme lack of communication, and unethical behavior, we have canceled our coverage with State Farm."
